Canadian Boating - ENVGO to showcase NV1 Prototype in Ontario This Spring and Summer

Canadian company ENVGO will showcase its NV1 electric hydrofoil prototype at two Ontario events this year: Charge Ahead, an EV and charging event in Bracebridge on May 31, and Green Innovation Weekend in Orillia on July 26–27. The NV1 uses hydrofoil technology to cut drag through the water, extending the range and power of its electric motor while also reducing shoreline erosion and wake-related environmental damage. VP of Business Pete Keller says the boat was designed specifically for inland lakes and cottage country, aiming to restore quiet and serenity to the cottage experience. ENVGO is now accepting reservations for the NV1 with a refundable $1,000 USD deposit, and Keller says interest has been strong, with spots filling up.
